It runs on the outbid.lol mechanic: there, brands bid for clicks and the conversion is customers; here, people with a support case bid for the same attention. What that attention gets them is up to whoever's watching. Rank is what you pay — nothing else. No ads, no accounts, no promises of resolution: a bid buys the spotlight, what the spotlight produces is up to whoever's watching.
