Terms of service

What you are buying. A bid buys position on a public leaderboard — nothing else. It is not a support service, not a promise of reinstatement, resolution, or any response from X Corp or anyone else, and not an endorsement of your claim. supportbid is not affiliated with X Corp.

All payments are final. Bids are non-refundable. Rank can change at any time as others bid. A refund or chargeback, if one occurs for any reason, removes the corresponding amount from your case's rank.

Your content. Nothing on a case is typed by you: the name, face and words come from the public X post you link. Cases must link a real, public X post. A second post about the same account adds to that account's case rather than opening another. We remove — without refund — anything that doxes, harasses, impersonates, defames, targets private individuals, is unlawful, or is in our sole judgment fake or misleading. The author of a linked post may claim or correct the case about it by emailing hi@supportbid.com with the case link.

Removal requests. If you are the author or the subject of a listed post and want the case corrected or removed, email hi@supportbid.com with the case link — author and subject requests are honored within 48 hours. Money on removed cases is not refunded except at our sole discretion.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to bid. By paying you consent to immediate performance of the service and waive any statutory right of withdrawal.

Metrics. Click counts are best-effort measurements and are not warranted as unique visitors or qualified traffic. Outbound links carry a utm_source tag so you can verify traffic in your own analytics.

The board is public. Anything you submit may be displayed, ranked, archived, and shared indefinitely.

Board rules. New cases open at $1 minimum, $10,000 maximum per bid, whole US dollars. Rank is total money on the case; equal totals keep the older case higher. Taking #1 costs a premium over the current holder's total: 5% of it, at least $1, at most $5. Bidding the same X post again raises the existing case. Anyone may add money to any case — solidarity bids are the point — but money on file never moves between cases and never changes who the case is about. A bid may carry an optional supporter handle; it is displayed on the case exactly as typed and is not verified — impersonating someone in a signature gets the signature removed without refund.

What you can list. A real, public X post about a genuine support case — the post is the listing; there is no manual entry. Locked out? A post from an alt or a friend about your case works. Not allowed: chat or invite links of any kind, link shorteners, sexual or NSFW content, and posts targeting private individuals. Tracking query strings are stripped from every listing link; outbound clicks carry only our utm_source tag.

Moderation. We remove cases — without refund — that dox, harass, impersonate, target private individuals, contain sexual content, or are in our judgment fake. If a listed post is deleted or its account is suspended, the case may stay listed with its cached text marked as unavailable. Reports go to hi@supportbid.com and are reviewed within 48 hours, usually much faster.

Changes. We may amend these terms; continued use after a change is acceptance. If a rule here conflicts with the house-rules footer, these terms win.
